Refund policy

Pluto will gladly return or exchange any garment within 30 days of the shipment date. Orders that need to be returned are subject to our return policy requirements below. 

Please ensure that you meet the conditions required for a return:

• The order is within 30 days of the shipment date
• The product(s) has not been washed, worn, or damaged; and does not have any smells or pet dander.
• The product(s) still has all original tags and labels attached.
• The product(s) is not a 'Final Sale Item.’

*Product(s) that do not meet these requirements are ineligible for returns*

We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
