Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Once the item has been shipped, you can expect your order to arrive between 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that Shipping time can vary based on where you are ordering from and your method of shipment. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, email us at hello@plutoapparel.ca

At the moment Pluto ships exclusively within Canada.

Returns

Pluto will gladly return or exchange any garment within 30 days of the shipment date. Orders that need to be
returned are subject to our return policy requirements below. 

Please ensure that you meet the conditions required for a return:
- The order is within 30 days of the shipment date
- The product(s) has not been washed, worn, or damaged; and does not have any smells or pet dander.
- The product(s) still has all original tags and labels attached.
- The product(s) is not a 'Final Sale Item.’

*Product(s) that do not meet these requirements are ineligible for returns*
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
